Welcome to NovexAI LLC ("NovexAI," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our website, AI systems, or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

NovexAI provides AI-powered automation, including booking systems, voice agents, SMS messaging, lead follow-up, and business process tools. We operate as a service provider for businesses that wish to automate customer interactions. Our services may change or evolve at any time.

2. Data Usage and Messaging

By using our services, you authorize NovexAI to:

  • Collect customer information (e.g., name, phone number, booking time) on your behalf.

  • Send SMS messages to both you and your customers. These may include booking confirmations, updates, service reminders, or promotional messages if requested.

  • Use third-party messaging platforms like Twilio or others to deliver SMS.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. To opt out of SMS at any time, customers may text STOP to (901) 676-3068.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their customers have consented to receive SMS messages.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases of services are final unless a valid reason for a refund is approved by NovexAI LLC. We reserve the right to determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

4. User Responsibilities

Users of our service (you, the client) agree to:

  • Provide accurate business and customer information.

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.

  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, replicate, or misuse our AI systems.

5. Third-Party Tools

We may use external platforms such as Twilio, Google Calendar, or payment processors. While we choose trusted vendors, we are not responsible for their terms, uptime, or data handling practices.

6. Payments

All pricing and fees are discussed at the time of onboarding or contract initiation. Payments are processed via third-party systems. NovexAI does not store payment information.

7. Intellectual Property

All code, content, tools, agents, logos, and designs created by NovexAI are the intellectual property of NovexAI LLC. Clients may not reuse or distribute them without written permission.

8. Availability and AI Limitations

While we aim for reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. AI systems may occasionally produce errors. NovexAI is not liable for missed messages, incorrectly processed bookings, or misrouted data caused by user error, AI misjudgment, or third-party failure.

9. International Use and Compliance

While our clients are currently U.S.-based, NovexAI is prepared for global expansion and will comply with applicable international data protection laws including GDPR if/when applicable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovexAI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service. Continued use of our platform means you accept those changes.
